In order to provide this service, full access will be required to your database, and web space, and admin access to your forum, in order to take a full backup before the upgrade is made.
Please note, this upgrade does not include modification upgrades/installation, or forum skin upgrades.

Requirements

Required:
- FTP access to the forum root
- PHPmyadmin access to your database
- Cpanel access to your hosting account, if possible
- Admin access on the forum (temporary until upgrade is complete)
- Active licence for the vBulletin software.
